Contemporary
Classic Fusion

A full refurbishment and rooftop extension transformed this traditional Holland Park house into a spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom family home. Classic architectural character is retained while clean contemporary interventions introduce light, flexibility and a stronger connection to the surrounding views.

The rooftop addition brings two bedrooms and a bathroom beneath crisp zinc detailing and generous energy-efficient windows. Inside, neutral tones, natural materials and bespoke joinery create calm, connected spaces designed for modern family life.

The earlier, the better. The most rewarding projects begin with open questions rather than fixed ideas. If you are thinking about a property, wondering what might be possible or simply want to explore, a conversation with us costs nothing and often reveals possibilities you had not yet considered.
Fees vary depending on the scope and nature of each project. We discuss this openly at the outset and provide a clear proposal before any work begins. Please get in touch to start the conversation — we are always happy to talk through what a project might involve.
